Aayani (Shivani) Malhotra is a former practicing lawyer from India who now works as a mediator, specializing in divorce mediation and family dispute resolution. She supports individuals and families through separation, divorce, and relationship conflict with care, clarity, and compassion. 

Having witnessed the emotional and personal toll of adversarial legal processes, she chose mediation as a more humane and empowering path to resolution. 

As an internationally trained mediator, Aayani completed her mediation training with the International Mediation Campus (IMC) and remains actively engaged in the study and research of family law, divorce, and alternative dispute resolution. 

Her primary focus is on family and divorce mediation, where emotions run deep and thoughtful guidance is essential. 

Aayani offers online mediation, creating a calm, confidential, and respectful space where all voices can be heard. Her approach is gentle yet structured, helping clients feel supported while also enabling them to make informed, voluntary decisions about their future. 

She believes that even during times of separation and uncertainty, people can move forward with dignity, regain their sense of agency, and find a way toward understanding and lasting resolution.
