Since every mediation is unique, our mediation packages are designed to accommodate your specific needs, whether it takes one session, half a day, a full day, or even longer. With our Discovery Call, we listen to your expectations and provide you with detailed pricing details tailored just for you.
Initial introductory call
Call us for an obligation-free, confidential discussion about your dispute and learn more about our dispute resolution services, mediation packages, and pricing details.
Mediation session(s), debrief and agreement (if parties settle).
We introduce ourselves to all parties involved in the dispute, request documentation where appropriate, and conduct a preliminary call with each party. During this process, we address any open questions, review any legal constraints, discuss a timeline, and explain our approach to our dispute resolution services. Additionally, we provide information about our mediation packages and share pricing details to ensure transparency.
Based on the pre-mediation findings, we suggest mediation sessions that are most likely needed to help you resolve the dispute using our dispute resolution services. This may be half a day, a full day, or more. Since conflicts cannot be resolved by a textbook approach—given the human emotions, needs, and interests at play—we may suggest additional sessions for your benefit, always in agreement with you and the other party or parties. Our mediation packages are designed to be flexible, and remember, mediation is voluntary—you are in charge. For more information, please refer to our pricing details.
Following the debrief of the mediation process, we will move on to the drafting of binding agreements (if entered into) as part of our dispute resolution services. We will also provide further recommendations and details regarding our mediation packages and their pricing details.
The starting price for our dispute resolution services is USD 350 for short mediation sessions lasting 1 hour, which includes all preparation (pre-mediation) and a debrief, effectively categorised as a half-day mediation. Our mediation packages for full-day mediations are priced at USD 700 each and can involve longer sessions or multiple shorter ones. Please note that these pricing details may vary based on the nature of the dispute, the parties involved (private or business), and the primary geo-location.
This offer is valid once off, per client, and will be deducted from the full upfront payment for the mediation packages, as outlined in our pricing details for dispute resolution services.

We are in the business of helping others. As expert mediators and conflict resolution practitioners, we understand that disputes can be stressful. Hence we made our booking system simple. Send us your details via the contact form, or book a non-obligatory Discovery Call. We then send you a short form with a few preliminary questions. In our call, we will discuss your needs, get to know each other and see if we are a fit for you and the other party (parties).
Yes, if you book a mediation package through One World Mediators, you will get official invoices and statements. Invoices for mediator/expert time are sent once a mediation has been agreed on (50% deposit payment) and once dates are set for the service, with the full payment due within 7 days or at the latest 10 days before the event.
Payments may be made using PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. Please note that the various payment options may incur additional charges. Payments in USD are preferred.
Full payment is required in advance for our Mediation Services - work will only commence once the fees have been paid. Fees are often split equally between parties, and we are here to help should that lead to a dispute. Should more mediation sessions be required than initially agreed on (which may happen, as mediation adjusts to the needs of the parties to a dispute), these sessions will be billed additionally and need to be settled after the last mediation session.
All cancellations of our mediation packages or services must be submitted in writing.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are accommodated at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability and agreement of all Parties.
