You can't put a price on peace. But you can put a price on expert services which help you find it. Since every dispute is unique, some mediations take one session, some half a day, some a full day or more. With our Discovery Call, we listen to your needs and your expectations, and tailor an offer for you.
Initial introductory call
Obligation-free, confidential call to discuss your dispute and the mediation process.
Mediation session(s), debrief and agreement (if parties settle).
We introduce ourselves to all parties to the dispute, request documentation where appropriate, conduct a preliminary call with each party, answer any open questions, review legal constraints if any, discuss a timeline and explain our approach.
Based on the pre-mediation findings we suggest the mediation sessions most likely needed to help you resolve the dispute - this may be half a day, a full day or more. Since conflicts by nature cannot be resolved by textbook - there are humans, emotions, needs and interests at play - we may suggest additional sessions for your benefit, and always in agreement with you and the other party or parties. Mediation is voluntary - you are in charge.
Debrief of mediation process, drafting of binding agreements (if entered into), further recommendations.
The starting price of USD 350 is for short mediation sessions of 1 hour, including all preparation (pre-mediation) and debrief, which is considered a half-day mediation. Full-day mediations are charged at USD 700 each and may contain longer mediation sessions, or several shorter ones. These prices may vary subject to the nature of the dispute, the parties (private or business), and main geo-location.
Valid once off, per client, and deducted off the full upfront payment for the mediation.

We are in the business of helping others. As expert mediators and conflict resolution practitioners, we understand that disputes can be stressful. Hence we made our booking system simple. Send us your details via the contact form, or book a non-obligatory Discovery Call. We then send you a short form with a few preliminary questions. In our call, we will discuss your needs, get to know each other and see if we are a fit for you and the other party (parties).
Yes, if you book a mediation package through One World Mediators, you will get official invoices and statements. Invoices for mediator/expert time are sent once a mediation has been agreed on (50% deposit payment) and once dates are set for the service, with the full payment due within 7 days or at the latest 10 days before the event.
Payments may be made using PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. Please note that the various payment options may incur additional charges. Payments in USD are preferred.
Full payment is required in advance for our Mediation Services - work will only commence once the fees have been paid. Fees are often split equally between parties, and we are here to help should that lead to a dispute. Should more mediation sessions be required than initially agreed on (which may happen, as mediation adjusts to the needs of the parties to a dispute), these sessions will be billed additionally and need to be settled after the last mediation session.
All cancellations of our mediation packages or services must be submitted in writing.
Charges will apply as follows: If a booking is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the mediation process commencing, 50% of the fee paid upfront will be reimbursed. If a booking is cancelled or changed less than 10 days prior to the mediation session commencing, the fee paid upfront is non-refundable. Bookings may be postponed or rescheduled, if agreed on in writing between One World Mediators and all parties involved.
