We analyse your case, request documentation where appropriate, conduct a preliminary call with each party to the dispute, review any open questions, review legal constraints if any, and produce a professional, written report on how we can offer to help with the dispute. You then decide if you would like to continue with our professional mediation services, or if you want to try and resolve it yourselves.
Mediation session(s) as discussed in the diagnostics phase, debrief and agreement (if parties settle).

Based on the diagnostics findings we suggest the initial timeline most likely needed to help you resolve the dispute - this may be half a day, a full day or more. Since conflicts by nature cannot be resolved by textbook - there are humans, emotions, needs and interests at play - we may suggest additional sessions for your benefit, and always in agreement with you and the other party or parties. Mediation is voluntary - you are in charge.
Debrief of mediation process, drafting of binding agreements (if entered into), further recommendations.
Valid once off, per client, and deducted off the full upfront payment of the mediation package.

We are in the business of helping others. As expert mediators and conflict resolution practitioners, we understand that disputes can be stressful. Hence we made our booking system simple. Send us your details via the contact form, or book a non-obligatory Discovery Call so that we may get to know each other and see if we are a fit for you.
Yes, if you book a mediation package through One World Mediators, you will get official invoices and statements. Invoices for mediator/expert time are sent once a mediation package has been agreed on (50% deposit payment) and once dates are set for the service, with the full payment due within 7 days or at the latest 10 days before the event.
Payments may be made using PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. Please note that the various payment options may incur additional charges. Payments in USD are preferred.
A booking fee or payment on account of 50% is required to initiate the Full Mediation Package mediation process. Failure to pay on time can lead to mediation postponement and cancellation fees. A further payment of 25% is to be made after the first mediation session, with the remainder being paid after the last mediation session. For short-notice mediations, only Credit Card payment is accepted close to the date. A full payment is required in advance for the Assessment Package - work will only commence once the fees have been paid. Fees are often split equally between parties, and we are here to help should that lead to a dispute.
All cancellations of our mediation packages or services must be submitted in writing.
Charges will apply as follows: If a booking is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the mediation process commencing, 25% of the deposit fee will be reimbursed. If a booking is cancelled or changed less than 10 days prior to the mediation session commencing, the deposit paid of 50% is non-refundable.
